Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent impugned order dated 23.06.2003 made in file No.No.DGET.6/Court-22/4/2000-TC and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent herein to grant permanent recognition to the petitioner institute on the basis of the report of the standing committee of the respondents two and three.
