This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents 2 to 4 to grant six months time to the petitioner for the payment of monthly installment to the loan Account No.01000006156 Application No.01536105 from the date of order of this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. It is seen that the petitioner sought for six months time for payment of monthly installment to the loan Account No. 01000006156. Now, three years time has expired. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition cannot be considered and the writ petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed.
4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. Consequently,
