ORDER

This writ petition has been directed against the impugned order of termination dated 9.5.2007 issued by the District Manager-2, Retail Vending, TASMAC Ltd., Angaripalayam, Tiruppur. During the pendency of the writ petition, the learned standing counsel for the respondent stated that the petitioner also filed an appeal before the Senior Regional Manager, TASMAC Ltd., who, after considering the merits of the appeal, had allowed the same reversing the order of termination.

Subsequently, the petitioner also has been reinstated in service. Therefore, the prayer has become infructuous.

2. Recording his statement, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
