(Heard through video conferencing) The matter is posted today under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the appellant.

2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the appellant that in the operative portion of the order dated 09.04.2021, withdrawal of the compensation amount by the major claimants/ claimants 1, 4 & 5 was not mentioned and in the cause title, the name of the counsel appearing for the petitioner was wrongly mentioned as "Mr.S.Arun Kumar" instead of "Mr.G.Vasudevan". Hence, necessary corrections may be carried out and fresh order copy may be issued.

3. In view of the above submissions, the order dated 09.04.2021 is modified by inserting the correct name of the counsel for the petitioner, as Mr.G.Vasudevan and also insert the following paragraph below the 12th paragraph of the said order "12a. Claimants 1, 4 & 5 are permitted to withdraw their respective shares with proportionate interest"

4. In all other respects, the order dated 09.04.2021 passed in CMA.No.840 of 2020 shall remain unaltered.
