(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN, J.) Petitioner, who is the father of the detenu S.Veeramani, aged 19 years, has filed this petition seeking a direction to respondent to cause production of his son before this Court.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent.

3. The alleged detenu has been produced before this Court. Petitioner is also present. On enquiry, the detenu S.Veeramani expressed his willingness to go along with her father, the petitioner herein.

In view of the submission made by the detenu, this Court permits the detenu to go along with his father. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
