Application No.2058 of 2016 in C.S.No.281 of 1953 M.JAICHANDREN,J., In this application, the Official Trustee prays to appoint four members out of 28 persons, as stated in the report, as Members of the Board of Madras Tamil Mission Trust, for a period of five years from 01.05.2016.

2. This Court has perused the report as well as the additional report, showing the particulars of 22 persons, who had appeared before the Official Trustee.

3. The learned Official Trustee had submitted that 22 persons had appeared before him. They were called individually and an interview was conducted. He had further submitted that the interview was conducted based on their qualifications, family background, and their position and experience. They were also evaluated based on their approach in solving problems, their futuristic vision and commitments. A detailed report has also been submitted and the names are listed according to the order of preference.

4. This Court has perused the additional report and its annexure.This Court has no reason to diverge from the order of preference submitted in the annexure. Hence, I am inclined to allow this application.

5. The following persons are appointed as the Members of the Board of Madras Tamil Mission Trust, for a period of five years, from 01.05.2016.

3. Dr.Anne Josphine Selvam Plot No.59, West Main Road Balaji Nagar Madambakkam Chennai 600 126.

4. R.Stephen Selvaraj G-2, 2/24, 3rd Cross Street Dr.Radhakrishnan Nagar Thiruvanmiyur Chennai 600 041.

The Official Trustee is directed to communicate the same to the above persons and they have to take charge with effect from 15.07.2016.
