O R D E R

The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 and 3 made a submission that the charges framed against the writ petitioner had already been dropped and the petitioner was allowed to retire from service. The terminal and pensionary benefits due to him were also settled in favour of the writ petitioner.

2. Since the grievances of the writ petitioner have already been redressed, no further adjudication is required and accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
