O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the Notice dated 08.01.2021 and thereby the first respondent was directed to conduct enquiry on the letter dated 24.07.2020 sent by the third respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the second to fourth respondents submitted that the the fifth to eighth respondents had already vacated from the subject premises.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the second to fourth respondents, the order passed by the second respondent dated 08.01.2021 is hereby quashed.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is allowed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. 10.04.2024 Index:Yes/No kv 3/5
