C.M.P.No.3754 of 202 C.M.A.SR.No.10367 of 2020 K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J and V.SIVAGNANAM, J This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 71 days in preferring the appeal.

2.The 1st respondent is the claimant and he is represented by the counsel.

3.The respondent 2 and 3, who are the driver and owner of the offending vehicle remained exparte before the Tribunal.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent has no objection in allowing this petition.

5.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels, this petition is ordered.
