PRAYER in W.P.No.31756 of 2003 : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to execute the lease deed in favor of the petitioner herein in respect of stone quarry situated in S.F.No.12-3 Bit 1 over an extent of 3.52.0 Hectares of Appanallur Village, Thottiyam Taluk, Thiruchirappalli District for a further period of 5 years pursuant to the amended rule 8(8) of the Tamil Nadu Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1959.
