This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner, dated 14.5.2015.

2. It is seen from the representation dated 14.05.2015, the petitioner requested the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the fourth respondent and also give protection to him.

3. Now, almost four years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
