ORDER
The prayer sought for in the present petition is to direct the respondent police to register a case in accordance with the order in C.C.No.625 of 2012 dated 20.09.2016 by the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Allikulam, Chennai.
2. Since there is an earlier order of the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Allikulam, Chennai, dated 20.09.2016 passed in C.C.No.625 of 2012, it would not be appropriate for this Court to direct the respondent to investigate the petitioner's complaint. In view of the earlier order passed by the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Allikulam, Chennai, to investigate into the contents of the complaint and file a report in accordance with law, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to complete the enquiry and file a report in accordance with law.
