ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the entire records pursuant to the award dated 20.03.2002 made in I.D.No.35 of 1998 on the file of the fifth respondent and quash the same.

2. Heard Mr.T.P.Prabakaran, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.V.Ajoy Khose, learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 4 and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it is not possible for him to establish contact with the petitioner.

4. However, the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the matter has already been settled and nothing survives now for consideration.

5. Since the respondents 1 to 4 who have got an award from the Labour Court themselves have stated that they have no claim over the petitioner Society as everything is settled, I feel nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition.

6. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is closed as having become infructuous. No costs.
