This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 310 days in filing the restoration in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in W.A.No.410 of 2014, which was dismissed for non prosecution.

2. Heard both sides. The learned counsel appearing for the Respondents 1 to 3 has got strong objection in condoning the delay for the reason that already the petition in M.P.No.1 of 2015 filed to restore the Writ Appeal in W.A.No.410 of 2014 came to be dismissed for non prosecution on 18.02.2019 and again this petition came to be filed with a delay of 310 days in filing the petition to restore the aforesaid M.P.

3. As no prejudice would be caused to the Respondents in condoning the delay of 310 days in filing the restoration in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in W.A.No.410 of 2014, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned and M.P.No.1 of 2015 in W.A.No.410 of 2014 is restored to file.
