Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order of the second respondent dated 28.12.2006 in proceedings L.Dis.No.94365/E4/06 and the consequential order of the first respondent dated 25.4.2007 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to restore the seniority of the petitioner in the post of Assistant Surgeon w.e.f. 29.1.1983 as per the provisions of G.O.Ms.No.1351, Health dated 29.7.1989.
