ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent police to register a case and investigate the matter in accordance with law on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner to the respondents on 28.03.2015.

3. It is seen that the respondent is an accused in several cases and that, she lodged a complaint dated 28.03.2015. The 3rd respondent submitted that he does not have the copy of the compliant. Hence, the petition is closed with liberty to petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
