2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed before the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. However, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the final report in the manner known to law.
