This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records pertaining to the order dated 08.08.2005 in Industrial Disputes Tribunal and quash the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo dated 04.04.2019 stating that the employee MR.P.Sankar, who raised the Industrial Dispute, had retired from service during pendency of this writ petition and also passed away and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. In view of the memo dated 04.04.2019 and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
