Petition under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 70/71 to punish the respondents for having committed contempt of Court by disobeying the order dated 11.10.2013 passed in W.P. No. 28428 of 2013.

The differential salary payable to the petitioner has been handed over by the learned counsel for the respondents, by tendering a cheque, bearing No. 662943, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ dated 19.02.2015, to the tune of Rs.27,034/-, to the

learned counsel for the petitioner and he has also received the said cheque. Even after payment of the above said amount, still, according to the petitioner, if any amount is due to be paid to him, it is always open to the petitioner to give a representation in regard thereto and on receipt of such representation, the respondents shall consider the same and pass orders within a period of two weeks thereafter.

With the above observation, the contempt petition is closed. No costs.
