ORDER

It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the defacto complainant is dead and the respondent-Police will produce all the witnesses and suitable direction may be given to the trial court Judge to proceed with the trial.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though the case is of the year 2007, no progress has been made.

3. Considering the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and the fact that the case was charge-sheeted in the year 2007, the respondent Police is directed to produce all the witnesses https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for examination before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Chengam Tiruvannamalai in the next hearing and the learned Judicial Magistrate is directed to dispose of the case on or before 31.05.2015.
