CMP No.1847 of 2026 in CRP SR No.10204 of 2026 P.B.BALAJI.,J Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. The petition for accepting the cause tittle has become necessary on account of the demise of the first respondent Dhanalakshmi which was not brought to the notice of the petitioners pending I.A.No.9 of 2025 which is under challenge in the present revision petition.

3. I have satisfied myself with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

4. The petition is ordered.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and post the revision for admission on 16.02.2026.
