ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 21.2.2018 passed by the Under Secretary/Public Information Officer of Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission informing the petitioner that as per note under para 7 of the instructions to applicants, para 6(L) & 14(F) of the notification, the application of the candidate bearing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Reg.No.010002119 has been rejected by the Commission as he has made wrong claim in his application regarding his community. While replying to Query Nos.2 & 3, the impugned order further says that the selection for the post of Geologist and Assistant Geologist in various departments is under process and the cut off mark sought for by the petitioner could not be furnished. Reply to Query No.4 also says that the candidates are selected based on marks obtained by them in the written examination, oral test, educational qualification, number of vacancies, rule of reservation of appointments and as per the para 23(b) of Commission's instructions to applicants.

Therefore, the petitioner cannot come to this Court challenging the impugned order. Since the candidature of the petitioner has been rejected and the merit list of the candidates could be made available only after the declaration of the official result, the petitioner, if aggrieved, can challenge the same only then. With this observation, the writ petition stands dismissed. Consequently, W.M.P.No.7907 of 2018 is also dismissed. Sd/- Asst.Registrar (CS IX) /true copy/ Sub Asst. Registrar ss To
