This petition has been filed under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code, seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent police to register a case and investigate the matter in accordance with law on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 24.03.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate, Puducherry appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate, Puducherry that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has already been registered and the investigation is under process.

4. In view of the same, the 2nd respondent police is directed to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
