O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Section 379 of IPC and Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.1537 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners are said to have transported six units of savvudu sand by using Tipper lorry without any valid licence. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Therefore, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that there is one previous case pending against https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioners. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the antecedents of the petitioners are reported to be bad, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
