Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the Impugned proceedings of the third respondent made in Ne.Mu.617/2007 E1 dated 10.10.2007 by confirming the orders of the second and first respondent made in their proceedings in Mu.Mu.7398/2000 A3 dated 30.6.2005 and Mu.Mu.13351/2000 P1 dated 17.7.2000 respectively and quash the same as illegal and unsustainable, and consequently direct the Respondents to grant patta for the property as claimed by the petitioner in his Petitioner dated 28.1.2000.
