Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of certiorari to call for the records on the file of the first defendant pertaining to the order made in Application under Ex A12 in RP:292/02 in DRC:452/01 and dated 22.01.2003 and quash the same as illegal, incompetent and without jurisdiction.
