Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or order or direction or any other appropriate order in the nature of a writ calling for the records of the first respondent comprised in letter dated 11.05.2006 bearing No.B/2/21395/05 pertaining to the planning permission application No.810 and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to accord planning permission in accordance with the Development Control Rules without insisting upon the revalidation Power of Attorney.
