Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the respondent pertaining to the letter No.5701/H2/2012-7 dated 18.05.2012 containing the charge memo against the petitioner issued by the respondent and quash the same as being illegal, arbitrary, extraneous and not on administrative causes.

ORDER
Challenge in this writ petition is to the impugned charge memo dated 18.05.2012. At the time of admission, no interim order was granted by this Court.
2. Today when the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the Government has passed final orders in G.O.(3D)No.2, Personnel and Administration Reforms (H2) Department dated 30.01.2020, imposing a punishment of "Dismissal from Service" and challenging the same, the petitioner has also filed a writ petition before this Court. The learned Government Advocate has also produced a copy of the aforesaid Government Order, which is taken on file and recorded.
3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
