The Application has been filed to record the death of the 1st plaintiff Mrs.Thankam Perumal, who had died pending the suit on 02.06.2024. The 2nd plaintiff and the defendant are her only legal representatives. Therefore, there is no issue of abatement of the suit. This Application stands allowed. 2.The learned counsel for the plaintiffs to make necessary endorsement in the short cause title and long cause title and also in the statement of address that the 1st plaintiff had died and that the 2nd plaintiff and the defendant are her legal representatives.

3.List the matter once again after carrying out the amendment on 11.08.2025.
