There is no representation for the petitioner. However, it is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent that investigation has already been completed in Crime No.1277/PH2/2015 by the respondent and the charge sheet will be filed within a period of three months. He also submitted that Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvallur is now in-charge of the functions relating to the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur and hence the final report has to be filed only before the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvallur. 2.Recording the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to file final report before the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvallur (incharge of the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur), within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
