ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.,] The above petition has been filed by the petitioner/wife of the detenu, to cause production of her husband, son of C.R.Raja, aged about 25 years, before this Court and to set him at liberty. On the complaint given by the petitioner that her husband has gone missing, the respondent police conducted an enquiry in CSR No.795/2015.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
husband and the petitioner appeared before the 2nd respondent police, viz., the All Women Police Station, Thirumangalam and conciliation talks are going on.
In these circumstances, the petitioner's husband cannot be said to be in any illegal detention warranting issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus.
