This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a writ of certiorari, calling for the records relating to the notice of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.A/1010/2003 dated 11.09.2003 and to quash the same.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the sole petitioner died. After demise of the sole petitioner, no legal representatives have taken steps to implead themselves to substitute the deceased sole petitioner.
