CMP Nos.2869, 2871 and 2874 of 2021 have been filed by the petitioners i)to condone the delay of 854 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 1st respondent Govindammal; ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 1st respondent and iii) to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent as respondents 3 to 6 in the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard Mr.D.Shivakumaran, learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Notice to the respondents in all these CMPs have been duly served and their names have also been printed in the cause list today.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and this Court being satisfied with the same, these CMPs are allowed as prayed for.
