This court by order dated 30.10.2018 directed the petitioner to pay cost of Rs.5,000/- and on such direction it was adjourned to be posted on 08.11.208. Thereafter, the case is listed only today and when the case is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 30.10.2018 the cost has not so far paid. The reason for non payment of the cost, according to the learned counsel for the petitioner is that, the petitioner counsel is not able to contact the petitioner and his whereabouts is also not known to him. He would further submit that, still he would try to contact the petitioner and comply with the order and pay the cost and hence he seeks two weeks time.

2. Post the mater on 29.11.2018 for compliance of the payment of cost as directed by this Court on 30.10.2018. It is made clear that within the extended period if the cost is not paid, this petition will be disposed of invoking the default clause.
