ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to set aside the order dated 19.06.2016 made in P.R.C.No.17 of 2016 in S.T.C.No.962 of 2010 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Mettur, Salem District.

2. It is seen that there was a proceeding in PRC No.17 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Mettur. That apart, the petitioner did not appear before the concerned Court and as such pending for committal for long years. Hence, the said Magistrate issued NBW as against the petitioner and it is pending. Therefore, when the NBW is pending against the petitioner is not entitled for any relief. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
