ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner for enquiry intended for the above mentioned alleged offence.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. The matter pertains to the property dispute between the parties. This matter cannot be enquired by the police. Hence, the respondent is directed to not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry and the parties shall be relegated before the appropriate Civil Court.

4. In view of the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
