This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner, in Crl.O.P. No.28987 of 2024, dated 20.11.2024, that the petitioner shall sign everyday at 10.30 a.m before the respondent police until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and that the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28987 of 2024, dated 20.11.2024, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required. 4.
