ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that issue has been settled between the workmen and the Management. There was a connected writ petition in W.P.No. 3317 of 2003.

2. When the petitioner reported that the matter was settled and they seek to withdraw the writ petition, the same seems to have carried out in W.P.No.3317 of 2003 alone, whereas this petition is shown to be pending.

3. Today, copy of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition is also produced. With the same, the registry is permitted to reconstruct the bundle.

4. The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is recorded and copy of the terms of settlement under Section 18(1) of the Industrial Disputes Act is also taken on record.

5. In view of the settlement between the parties, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
