This is a petition seeking to dispense with the production of fair and decreetal order dated 19.04.2010 in E.A. 90 of 2009 in E.A. 98 of 2002 in R.C.E.P. 8 of 2002 in H.R.C.O.P. 37 of 2001 before the Rent Controller-I, Pondicherry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if the papers are otherwise found to be in order, and post the matter for admission.
