Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the third respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.5561/A3/2006, dated 09.08.2006 and quash the same and directing the third respondent herein to issue appropriate orders to re-employ the petitioner in his superannuated vacancy of Post Graduate Assistant(Commerce) in Government Higher Secondary School, Manandur, Cheiyar taluk, Tiruvannamalai district.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition as become infructuous and also made an endorsement to that effect. In the light of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court finds that nothing survives in this writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
