O R D E R
This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, for a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case for alleged offences, based on the complaint dated 11.04.2014 in CSR No.164 of 2015. Pursuant to the complaint, neither has any case been registered nor an investigation conducted. Hence, the petitioner has preferred the present petition, seeking a direction to register the case.
2.This Court heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that petition enquiry is pending.
4. In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 11.04.2014 in CSR No.164 of 2015, if the same discloses a cognizable offence, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
following the dictum laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and others reported in 2014(2) SCC 1, as early as possible and in accordance with law. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
