O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider petitioner's representation dated 09.12.2021 and conduct measurement of petitioner's land situated at S.F.No.345/5B (Old No.345/5) in Thirumaladi Village, Sirkali.
2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the owner of the aforesaid property, measuring an extent of about 1989 sq ft. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has made several representations to the 2nd respondent/The Tahsildhar to measure the petitioner's land in the aforesaid premises. Despite the same, till date the 2nd respondent/The Tahsildhar has not passed any order. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
3.Though very many grounds have been raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would be suffice if this Court issues a direction to the 2nd respondent/The Tahsildhar to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.12.2021 and pass orders on the same within a particular time frame fixed by this Court.
4. The learned Government Advocate fairly submitted that he has no objection for the said order being passed. 5.In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the 2nd respondent/The Tahsildhar to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 09.12.2021 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
