ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee to expedite the hearing in O.S.No.7 of 2024 and dispose of the same, within a time fixed by this court.

2. The petitioner herein filed a suit in O.S.No.7 of 2024 seeking recovery of possession against the respondent/defendant. It is seen from the e-courts status filed in the typed set of papers that the respondent was set exparte and exparte evidence was also taken. Thereafter, the respondent filed an application in I.A.No.5 of 2025 seeking to set aside the exparte order passed against her in the suit and the said application is still pending for disposal.

3. In view of the pendency of the I.A.No.5 of 2025 filed by the respondent seeking to set aside the exparte order passed against her, this court is not inclined to issue any direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the main suit. However, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of I.A.No.5 of 2025 filed by the respondent, as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
