Respondents PETITION under Section 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the detenue R.Manikandan son of A.Radhakrishnan aged about 24 years and further direct the 4th respondent to hold an enquiry about the injury sustained by petitioner's son and to give proper medical treatment for survival of his life.

O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the father of the detenu Manikandan for a direction to the respondents to produce the detenu R.Manikandan son of A.Radhakrishnan aged about 24 years and further direct the 4th respondent to hold an enquiry about the injury sustained by petitioner's son and to give proper medical treatment.
2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted a medical report dated 31.10.2015 of the detenu Manikandan, wherein it is stated as follows:
"The above mentioned Prisoner was remanded on 02.09.2015 at Central Prison - II, Puzhal, Chennai. On Screening, No External Injuries, known case of Chronic Alcoholic on de-addiction treatment and no other past history of Chronic systemic illness.
He was admitted in Prison Hospital for de-addiction treatment on 02.09.2015 during his course of stay, he complained of lower abdomen pain on 26.10.2015, he was treated in Prison Hospital and referred to Government Royapettah Hospital for expert Opinion (Surgeon) on 27.10.2015. he was treated as out patient and given medication. The ultra sound abdomen andpelvis showed normal study.
Currently the prisoner receiving treatment both in central prison-II Hospital and Government Royapettah Hospital.
Now the Prisoner health condition and vitals are stable."
3. On a perusal of the medical report, it is seen that the detenu is now in a stable condition. Hence, no further direction need be required in this petition.
