ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to grant 2/3rd of the amount from the terminal benefits of the 4th respondent to the petitioner and her minor child which may be deposited in a Nationalized Bank till the petitioner's minor child becomes major, allowing the petitioner to withdraw the amount of interest for the education and other expenses of the petitioner's child, and consider the petitioner's representation to the respondents 2 to 3 on 09.04.2015.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and to that effect, he has made an endorsement in the bundle.
