The petitioner seeks a mandamus directing the first respondent i.e. the Deputy Registrar of Central Registry to dispose the Second Appeal preferred by the petitioner in terms of Section 19(3) of the Right to Information Act, 2005. 2.Ms.Divya, learned counsel for Mr.Venkatasamy Babu, learned Senior Standing Counsel for R1 would assure the Court that the authority will dispose the appeal filed on 13.05.2019, within any time frame that may be stipulated by the Court. Thus, a direction is issued to R1 to dispose the appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of six (6) weeks from today, after hearing the petitioner. No costs.
