2.None represents the 2nd respondent.

3.The petitioner would aver that on account of the accident, he sustained serious injuries and he is taking further treatment and getting the help of others to file the same, hence, a delay of 199 days occurred in preferring the above appeal.

4. In light of the above, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition, which is filed to condone the delay of 199 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, is ordered.
