Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorari to call for the records pertaining to order bearing Rc.No.4856/2007/T3 dated 05.10.2007 of the 1st respondent herein and quash the same.

ORDER

The petitioner has challenged the transfer order dated 05.10.2007 passed by the first respondent. Based on the said transfer order, the first respondent has also issued relieving order dated 08.10.2007 to the petitioner. We are now in the year 2020.

2. In view of the above, this Court finds that nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter after 13 years. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
