to the plaintiff's channel Behindwoods which is affecting and damaging the name and reputation of plaintiff's channel Behindwoods in any manner. c) for mandatory injunction directing the defendant to remove / delete the false, defamatory video / audio, interview or any other material or statements aforesaid including tagging the name of the plaintiff's channel Behindwoods in all online media including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp.

JUDGMENT
This suit has been filed by the plaintiff to direct the defendant to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,00,000/- towards damages and compensation to the plaintiff and for permanent and mandatory injunction.
2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsels for the both sides submitted that the parties have arrived at a compromise and the matter has been settled out of the Court. A joint memo of compromise is filed to that effect and it is signed by the learned counsels for both sides.
3. Considering the above submission and the joint compromise memo dated 16.08.2023, this suit is disposed as settled out of Court. The terms of 2/4
the joint compromise memo shall form part of this decree. The plaintiff is entitled to the refund of Court fee as per the Judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in "The High Court of Judicature at Madras Vs. M.C.Subramanian and others" in S.L.P.Nos.3063 & 3064 of 2021 dated 17.02.2021. No costs. Consequently, connected applications are closed. 30.08.2023 Index :Yes/No gsk 3/4
