The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.13766/2007/Aa.6 (19) dated 22.2.2008 and the consequential order of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.13822/08/Tha.1 dated 30.6.2008 and quash the said orders and direct the respondents to restore the position as existed prior to the issuance of the said orders and reinstate the petitioner in service as a Secondary Grade Teacher with all attendant benefits.

The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.13766/2007/Aa.6 (19) dated 22.2.2008 and the consequential order of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.13822/08/Tha.1 dated 30.6.2008 and to quash the same. 2.

When the matter is called, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that though repeated letters have been sent to the petitioner, he has not received any instructions to proceed with the matter. Therefore, the Writ Petition may be dismissed for ''no instructions''.
